Savannah Chrisley\u00a0<\/strong>is heartbroken over the death of\u00a0Charlie Kirk<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours after the Turning Point USA co-founder was\u00a0shot and killed\u00a0during a speaking engagement at a Utah college Sept. 10, the\u00a0Chrisley Knows Best<\/em>\u00a0alum shared what she will miss about their friendship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe past two and a half years of my life have been some of the hardest years I’ve ever had to endure,\u201d Savannah said in a\u00a0TikTok video. \u201cBut in those two and a half years, I’ve met so many great people and lifelong friends.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 28-year-old added, \u201cOne of those people that brought me into that world was Charlie Kirk\u2014someone who gave me a voice as a woman, made me feel like I had the power to show up in this world.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Savannah\u2014whose parents\u00a0Todd Chrisley\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0Julie Chrisley<\/strong>\u00a0were pardoned\u00a0by President\u00a0Donald Trump<\/strong>\u00a0earlier this year\u2014went on to detail how Charlie, 31, had encouraged her to fight for their prison release.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe believed in me and in my family when the world turned its back,\u201d she wrote in the caption. \u201cHe saw potential, he spoke life into us, and he reminded me that God still had a plan even when I couldn\u2019t see it myself. That kind of belief changes you forever.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And their working relationship was set to grow even deeper this fall. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was supposed to be standing next to him at every college this October,\u201d she explained. \u201cInstead, I sit here with a broken heart, devastated beyond words.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Describing his killing as a \u201cpolitical assassination,\u201d Savannah shared the pain she feels for Charlie\u2019s wife Erika Frantzve Kirk<\/strong><\/a>, who shared two young kids with the conservative activist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI’m truly grieving for his wife, Erica,\u201d the Growing Up Chrisley<\/em> star continued. \u201cOne of the kindest, most loving human beings I\u2019ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She also remarked on the impact Charlie made on the world by holding political debates in public, sharing, \u201cHe created a movement. His legacy is one that I hope I can build half of for my kids.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a message to Charlie, Savannah concluded, \u201cYou changed America. You changed me. You changed my family. Rest easy, my friend. Heaven has gained a warrior.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
