Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca discussed their future\u2014 including their wedding\u2014 in an emotional preview of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although Jesse McBee and Alli Ventresca are now happily married with a daughter, their journey to walking down the aisle was filled with roadblocks. Jesse spoke about his hesitations during the above preview for Season 2, Episode 8 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys (airing Monday, August 18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI feel like I\u2019m living a double life. Trying to keep this image that [my family members] all have of not only me, but like of us,\u201d Jesse admits to his then-fiance\u00e9 Alli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He explains that he feels burdened by the pressures of their long-term relationship that dates back to being high school sweethearts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt just feels like everybody thinks that we have the perfect relationship. That we\u2019ve never had problems. That I\u2019m some perfect guy. I mean, it\u2019s just not the case,\u201d he adds. \u201cAnd I hate that they even say that, because it just adds this unneeded pressure.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The emotional confession brings Jesse to tears, while Alli appears stunned and remains quiet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesse admits to Alli in the Episode 8 preview that he \u201cfelt wrong\u201d if he didn\u2019t share his feelings, as difficult as it is for her to hear. Alli begins crying at her fianc\u00e9\u2019s words during her confessional interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s just\u2014it feels like we\u2019ve been through a lot together, and I don\u2019t get to see that side of him, so. Just kind of proves that we\u2019re at this different place in our lives and our relationship,\u201d she shares, and later adds, \u201cIt\u2019s actually scary, you know? I don\u2019t know what\u2019s happening.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a big sigh, Jesse tells Alli: \u201cI just don\u2019t want to let anybody down. Especially don\u2019t want to let you down.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She finally responds, telling him she wishes he\u2019d come to her about \u201cthese kinds of things\u201d earlier. But then she asks a bombshell question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDo you think that postponing the wedding is something you\u2019d want to do? That you need to do?\u201d she asks at the end of the preview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While fans watched Jesse decide he was ready to pop the question to Alli during Season 1 of The McBee Dynasty, they also may recall this isn\u2019t the first time Jesse has considered calling off his nuptials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Season 2, Episode 3, the couple argued about their living situation, as Alli lived in their new city house, while Jesse primarily lived in the country to be near the farm. If they couldn\u2019t agree on a long-term solution, Jesse agreed that was a \u201cdealbreaker.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs much as I hate to say this, if we’re not gonna be able to live together, I don’t see how we don’t at least postpone the wedding if not cancel it overall,” he confessed during Episode 4.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The couple has also argued about the details of the wedding itself. When Jesse was choosing between a bow tie or regular tie for the wedding ceremony in Episode 4, he admitted he\u2019d prefer to wear a bolo tie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Alli definitely has a fancier vision for this wedding than I probably would have,” Jesse said in a confessional. “I’ve been able to sneak in a few things. We get to wear cowboy hats, thank God.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jesse even admitted to \u201ckind of freaking out\u201d about the big day while on a party bus with his brothers in Nashville in Episode 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI don\u2019t know, it\u2019s just a lot, man,\u201d he shared with the group. \u201cI think it\u2019s just like the finality of it all, you know what I mean?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
