For years, he admitted, he chose to bury his feelings and suppress painful memories as a way to protect himself. But in doing so, he became increasingly exhausted\u2014both mentally and physically\u2014leading to stress, fatigue, and even noticeable weight loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cI\u2019m not sure I\u2019m strong enough to dig up all that past.
