I&#8217;m freaking out &#8212; the fact that the president called me.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI will forever be grateful for President Trump, his administration and everyone along the way, all of my lawyers, the people who put in countless hours and effort and love for my family to make sure that my parents got home,\u201d the 27-year-old continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"630\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-701.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13909\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-701.png 630w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-701-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chrisley emphasized that her parents now get a \u201cfresh start\u201d thanks to the pardon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMy parents get to start their lives over\u2026 President Trump didn&#8217;t just commute their sentences, he gave them a full unconditional pardon. The couple was also ordered to pay $17.8 million in restitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;Chrisley Knows Best&#8221; premiered in 2014 and followed the lavish lifestyle of wealthy real estate developer Todd Chrisley and his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-698.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13906\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-698.png 750w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-698-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The charges against the Chrisleys stem from activity that occurred at least as early as 2007, when the couple allegedly provided false information to banks and fabricated bank statements when applying for and receiving millions of dollars in loans, according to the U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2014, two years after the alleged bank fraud scheme ended, the couple is accused of fabricating bank statements and a credit report that had &#8220;been physically cut and taped or glued together when applying for and obtaining a lease for a home in California.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a phone interview with ABC News on Tuesday, Savannah Chrisley told ABC News the call from Trump came &#8220;totally out of the blue.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;I kind of had gotten to a place where I had lost hope, and just felt like nothing was going in my favor. And then I got the call \u2026 It was just a shock, and the president was so kind and loving.
