In other words, he falsified reports for the family&#8217;s Gallatin, Mo., farm in order to receive subsidies and insurance payments they weren&#8217;t authorized to get. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Steve McBee Sr Sentenced to 2 Years: McBee Dynasty Season 3 Renewal Shocker!\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/OutFQ1QwUO0?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a memo from Oct. 6, prosecutors asked U.S. District Court Judge Stephen R. Bough to sentence McBee to 41 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release and more than $4 million in restitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"748\" height=\"500\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-693.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13894\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-693.png 748w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-693-300x201.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On the show, the economics of McBee Farming Operations are always presented as precarious. Compared with Season 1, its ratings were up 82% on Peacock and 213% on DVR. The second half of the 10-episode season showed gains of +16% on Peacock and +8% on Bravo through seven-day viewership. In an interesting statistic, about one-third of the second season&#8217;s &#8220;McBee&#8221; audience, Bravo says, &#8220;co-viewed with someone else on both Bravo and Peacock, making it a Top 4 Original Series of 2025 on both platforms &#8211; fueled by female viewers watching with male viewers.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-695.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-13896\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-695.png 500w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-695-300x169.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In Steve McBee Sr.&#8217;s absence, the second season focused on Steven Jr. and his brothers Jesse McBee and Cole, as they tried to save the farm and engaged in their messy personal lives.
