And though his son Steven Jr. held his cards close to his chest about the looming FBI investigation against his father on Season 2 of The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, he opened up about the matter in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish at the end of August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven Jr., more specifically, admitted to feeling &#8220;scared, nervous, anything, and everything\u201d in the weeks leading up to his father\u2019s hearing. &#8220;We love him so much, and love our family unit,&#8221; Steven Jr. continued. &#8220;So, to picture him not being here with us for any amount of time, it\u2019s scary.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1073-1024x683.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14517\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1073-1024x683.png 1024w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1073-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1073-768x512.png 768w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1073.png 1242w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven Sr.\u2019s starring role on The McBee Dynasty\u2019s debut season allowed audiences to take note of his absence from the sophomore season amid his mounting legal woes. Still, his presence never felt far, which is what Steven Jr. described heading closer to the court date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"862\" height=\"575\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1072.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14516\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1072.png 862w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1072-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1072-768x512.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 862px) 100vw, 862px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe\u2019re focusing on the positive things we have going, of which there are so many, but I\u2019d be lying if I said that black cloud hasn\u2019t been hanging over us every second of every day since we first found out,\u201d Steven Jr. said. \u201cWe\u2019re ready to get past that day, deal with whatever comes of it, and move on, to say the least. We know no matter what, if we stick together as a family, we\u2019ll make it through anything.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Why the McBee family is rallying around Steven McBee Sr. ahead of his sentencing<br>The air in the barn became heavy when, on the Season 2 finale, Steven Jr. revealed to brothers Jesse McBee and Cole McBee that their father was under federal investigation. Jesse confessed to producers, \u201cMy dad, he\u2019s 51 years old. He\u2019s getting up there in age. I\u2019m definitely a little scared at the thought of my dad going to jail.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"868\" height=\"538\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1074.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-14518\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1074.png 868w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1074-300x186.png 300w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/image-1074-768x476.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 868px) 100vw, 868px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Steven Sr.&#8217;s ex-wife Kristi McBee also came to Steven Sr.\u2019s defense, adding, \u201cYou know, we don\u2019t know what all is going to happen with Steve, but there\u2019s a lot of love between us all.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Added Steven Jr. while speaking to The Daily Dish, \u201cWe just love and support our dad and we know who he is. We know how hard he works, and how much he cares about us boys and our family.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes.
