Shannon Beador is speaking out about the comments Emily Simpson made about her Spanx on the finale episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County on Thursday night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tamra Judge, 58, Gretchen Rossi, 47, and Jennifer Pedranti, 48, about how Shannon, 61, would pop out of her Spanx \u201clike a can of biscuits\u201d if a man ever tried to touch her, Shannon admitted to being hurt by the shade as she opened up about the ups and downs she\u2019s experienced with her weight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cNo one\u2019s body is perfect,\u201d Heather Dubrow, 56, began on the October 30 episode of the RHOC: After Show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cBut to tease, like, \u2018Oh, she squeezed her body in,\u2019 I don\u2019t remember exactly what was said. I do remember it hurt my feelings \u2026 It hurt my feelings, especially when Emily had such an issue last year,\u201d Shannon replied, signaling Emily\u2019s own hurt feelings over Heather requesting she bring her own jeans to a charity fashion show.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Shannon, she\u2019s struggled with her weight in recent years and has been open about wearing Spanx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cIt\u2019s been frustrating that when I was finally at my perfect weight, all of a sudden, I started gaining it again. And I\u2019m like, getting blood tests, I\u2019m trying to figure it out why, cuz I\u2019m eating clean. But it hurt my feelings. I openly say, I\u2019m wearing a corset, duct taping my stomach, years ago. [I\u2019m] never gonna go back to the duct tape, but I wear the Spanx. I do that. It\u2019s like, self-deprecating and I admit it,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meanwhile, in her own After Show segment, Emily denied that the comments she made about Spanx were in direct reference to Shannon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was not talking about Shanon specifically. I have a problem with Spanx. I don\u2019t like Spanx. I\u2019ve always said Spanx reminds me of a can of biscuits. Everything pops out,\u201d she insisted. \u201cIt was not body-shaming \u2026 It wasn\u2019t mean.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was not body-shaming Shannon. I think she\u2019s beautiful. I wasn\u2019t, and if it looks that way, it wasn\u2019t my intent. I was talking about Spanx in general, on anyone,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for Jenn and Gretchen, they said that, looking back, they wished they\u2019d handled things differently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI was laughing. Emily\u2019s funny. And then whenever I saw Shannon\u2019s reaction, I felt like sh*t, like \u2018I owe my friend an apology.\u2019 I should not have been laughing at that,\u201d Jenn admitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
