However, fans quickly noticed Julie\u2019s absence. Addressing the empty seat, the reality TV patriarch shared a detail that pulled at the heartstrings of everyone in attendance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&#8220;Julie is an incredible mother, a God-fearing woman I\u2019ve been blessed to have for 30 years,&#8221;<\/em> Todd told reporters. <em>&#8220;The reason she isn\u2019t here today is that she\u2019s at home with Chloe.
