Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Melissa and Joe Gorga appeared on their niece Gia Giudice\u2018s podcast earlier this week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While there, the topic of Melissa\u2019s sprinkle cookies came up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As longtime fans of the show know, sprinkle cookies were always a hot-button topic, as Teresa Giudice revealed Melissa once brought them to her house and she threw them in the garbage. Melissa decided to capitalize on the ordeal years later, starting a sprinkle cookie business in late 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Casual Chaos, Melissa asked Gia what she thought of her business when it made its debut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe weren\u2019t talking at the time I came out with sprinkle cookies,\u201d Melissa stated. \u201cWhat went through your head? Were you like, \u2018What the h*ll is she doing?’\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gia didn\u2019t hold back with her thoughts, sharing, \u201cI was like, \u2018She made a line off of Mom\u2019s line.’\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat was literally my only thought,\u201d she added. \u201cThen my second thought \u2013 \u2018She\u2019s killing it.\u2019 I\u2019m not going to s*it on a businesswoman.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gia also got candid about her father, Joe Giudice, and the blame she places upon him for getting their family into the legal drama that ended up with him and Teresa serving time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI\u2019m older, and I understand it where it\u2019s like, yeah, you f***ed up big time, and you did this to our family,\u201d Gia stated. \u201cDo I feel like this was your intention? Of course not. Do I see him struggle every day? Still yes\u2026 But do I now understand from a completely different perspective? 100%.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gia also claimed she felt Joe Gorga had a right to be angry at her father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cYou had every right to be mad at my dad,\u201d she noted. \u201cI had every right to be mad. Everyone had a right to be mad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAnd I, looking back on it now in that time, even though I was so angry because I wanted to be protective over him you wanted to be protective over your sister. So that\u2019s where it\u2019s like that double-edged sword where it\u2019s like you win, you can\u2019t win or lose.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gia\u2019s family has gone through their share of strife on television and, after years of feuding, her mother, uncle, and aunt are all in a good place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While on the podcast, Gia asked them if they felt that, if it weren\u2019t for RHONJ, the family feuds wouldn\u2019t have happened. Both Joe and Melissa seemed to indicate there would have still been issues, as Joe shared there was \u201cturmoil\u201d between the family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMaybe, maybe not, maybe the show did escalate it a little bit more because we are on national TV,\u201d Joe noted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gia also divulged that, aside from the explosive christening of Joe and Melissa\u2019s son, a lot of the \u201cmeaningless fights\u201d were \u201cinstigated by a lot of people.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Teresa and Melissa are both being brought back for the next season of RHONJ and, now that they are in a good place for the first time in years, it will be interesting to see what unfolds this season as they navigate the show as not only family members, but as friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
