Upon arrival, investigators witnessed the bulldog being <strong>kicked again\u2014right in front of them<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-48.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2965\" srcset=\"https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-48.png 640w, https:\/\/topkeynews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/2-48-240x300.png 240w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The 29-year-old owner had no dog food, no veterinary papers, and no explanation. He claimed the dog originally belonged to his brother and that he lacked the means to provide care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cThere is no excuse. If you&#8217;re struggling, you ask for help\u2014you don&#8217;t let an animal suffer like this,\u201d<\/em> said Brigitte, an investigator with the foundation.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\ud83d\udc3e Emergency Care and Round-the-Clock Feeding<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After Rambo was officially surrendered, he spent two days with the foundation\u2019s team before being transferred to the <strong>La Tuilerie shelter<\/strong> (Seine-et-Marne).
