Ronan Keating\u00a0said his \u2018heart hurts\u2019 as he and his family said an emotional farewell to daughter\u00a0Missy\u00a0as she moves to Australia.<\/h4>\n

The 21-year-old daughter of the\u00a0Boyzone\u00a0star and his ex-wife\u00a0Yvonne Connolly\u00a0is moving Down Under to pursue a career in acting.<\/p>\n

Prior to this she has worked as a model and is still signed to Dublin-based agency 1st Option Management.<\/p>\n

She also starred on the Irish version of Dancing with the Stars at the beginning of this year.<\/p>\n

And there has been speculation she could even appear on I\u2019m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! which is filmed in Australia and hits TV screens on Sunday.<\/p>\n

While the I\u2019m A Celeb rumour is unconfirmed, it seems Missy has had the move planned for a while.<\/p>\n

Speaking to Irish showbiz website\u00a0Goss.ie, she said: \u201cI\u2019m moving to Sydney at the end of the month. I\u2019m really looking forward to it.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have lots of family in Australia, and there are some great agencies out there for acting. I\u2019m really excited to get out there and start a new chapter. It\u2019s time for a new me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Explaining the reason for her career change, she added: \u201cI\u2019ve always enjoyed acting and put it on hold for the last few years as there\u2019s been other things I\u2019ve been interested in, but looking back, acting has always been the thing I enjoyed the most. It\u2019s what I can see myself doing, hopefully, years to come.\u201d<\/p>\n

Posting a snap of his daughter hugging his youngest kids, Cooper, five, and two-year-old Coco, an emotional Ronan wrote on\u00a0Instagram\u00a0: \u201cOff she goes.<\/p>\n

\u201cAustralia watch out @missyykeating is on her way. Heart hurts so much. We are all going to miss her like crazy.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sharing their family nickname for Missy, he continued: \u201cI\u2019m so excited for ya Moo moo. Massive thank you to all the team @virginatlantic for taking such great care.\u201d<\/p>\n

Missy\u2019s brother Jack Keating, 23 \u2013 who made a brief appearance on\u00a0Love Island\u00a0this year – responded underneath with a red heart and crying face emoji.<\/p>\n

Her mum Yvonne also took to Instagram to wish her daughter the best of luck Down Under<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u201cBefore Missy moves on to the next chapter in her life, we got to spend the most beautiful weekend with her friends and family and to say our goodbyes before she goes back to London, to get ready for her big move to Australia!!<\/p>\n

\u201cYou wanted this for so long Missy. What an adventure. We will miss you so much but I\u2019m also SO excited for you.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou are a formidable, fabulous, fierce woman and will no doubt make the most of the opportunities that come your way. I love you @missyykeating.\u201d<\/p>\n

Missy\u2019s step-mum Storm, who is mum to Ronan\u2019s two youngest children, also posted a goodbye message on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Sharing a tearful snap of them with their arms round each other as they walked through the airport, she wrote: \u201cWhen you let them go,\u201d followed by a broken heart emoji.<\/p>\n

She continued: \u201cSo many tears but so excited for you Moo. You are the most amazing young woman and so ready to now take on the world<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have such a wonderful adventure ahead of you and I look forward to watching it all unfold \u2013 you deserve it.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe\u2019re going to miss you soooo much, this house just won\u2019t feel the same without your glowing energy and smiling face in it. Love you.\u201d<\/p>\n
