Fans can’t stop praising how much Grayson Chrisley has grown — not just in age, but in wisdom and heart.
After years in the public eye and through one of the toughest times in the Chrisley family’s life, Julie Chrisley says her youngest son has shown a strength and maturity far beyond his years.
Julie recently opened up about what it’s been like watching Grayson navigate the family’s challenges while growing into adulthood.
“He had to grow up way too fast, and I hate that,” Julie shared. “But at the same time, this whole situation has taught him how harsh the world can be — and how important it is to protect yourself. Still, he’s managed to keep his softness. He goes to therapy every week, and I just love seeing his heart and how he treats me.”
Julie said that Grayson — now 18 — learned lessons about kindness, compassion, and accountability long before most teenagers ever have to.
“He’s learned how to treat people the right way — to be kind, to be gentle, even when things aren’t perfect. That’s what you hope for in any man in your life. And he’s learned that at such a young age. I couldn’t be more proud,” she said.
In another heartfelt moment, Julie described Grayson as the one she admires most.
“The way he speaks, the way he processes things — he’s so calm and composed. Sometimes I think, ‘I wish I could do that.’ Grayson grew up on TV, and now you’re seeing this young man who’s thoughtful and grounded. He thinks before he speaks — and that’s not something that usually happens in this family,” she joked.
Julie admits their family is “messy, loud, and a lot at times,” but says that’s also what makes them real — and strong. Through every storm, they’ve managed to hold onto love, faith, and one another.
