The Chrisleys turn another everyday moment into pure comedy — proving once again why fans can’t get enough of them.
The Chrisley household just delivered another round of laughter — this time, over a simple flu shot that turned into a full-blown comedy moment.
In a recent episode, Julie Chrisley shared that she had gone for a routine health and physical check-up last week. Somehow, she ended up getting a flu shot — and to this day, she still doesn’t understand why she agreed to it.
“I honestly don’t even know why I did it,” Julie admitted. “After the shot, I got sick. I can’t even describe it — today’s literally the first day I can talk and not sound completely crazy.”
That was all the setup Todd Chrisley needed to fire back with his signature humor:
“I don’t understand why anyone would sign up to be shot,” he joked.
But the laughter didn’t stop there. Julie revealed that ever since she got the shot, she’s been congested, unable to breathe properly at night — and snoring so loudly that Todd can hardly sleep.
“For the past four days, I’ve been exhausted after sleeping,” Todd complained. “It feels like a freight train is coming through our bedroom window! Julie says it’s because she can’t breathe.”
He continued with his trademark wit:
“I’ve been in prison with seventy men, and not one of them sounded like a freight train like she does!”
Feeling embarrassed but helpless, Julie responded, “I really can’t breathe. I’ve been taking nighttime cold medicine — I’m just calling for help at this point.”
Todd, of course, couldn’t resist wrapping up with one last punchline:
“What about me? I’m the one getting run over by the train! Every morning I wake up exhausted from dodging it!”
The hilarious exchange once again proves why fans adore the Chrisleys — they can turn even the most ordinary (and slightly miserable) situations into moments of laughter, love, and genuine family charm.
