Cole McBee Scores First Halloween Buck in Memorable Morning Hunt

Cole McBee celebrated a major hunting milestone this week, sharing a proud moment with fans after harvesting a remarkable buck on Halloween morning — and the story behind it is one filled with nostalgia, family memories, and perfect timing.

Posting to Instagram, Cole revealed that the hunt couldn’t have unfolded any better. By 9:15 AM, he had already seen 15 bucks within bow range, but it was the final one that sealed the moment. The buck appeared while chasing another, eventually stopping just 40 yards away—close enough for Cole to take the shot.

But what made this moment especially meaningful was the emotional connection to the location. Cole shared that he shot his first deer from this same stand at just 6 years old, alongside his father. Returning decades later to harvest a buck of this caliber brought everything full circle for the McBee star.

“Being able to harvest a deer of this caliber in a spot that I have tons of good memories in was such a cool experience. Bonus that he is my first Halloween buck also!” Cole captioned.

Fans and fellow hunters filled the comments section with congratulations, praising both the size of the buck and the sentimental value of the hunt. Kacie Adkison, Cole’s fiancée, also jumped in with a playful comment, referring to him as “Blair’s daddy” — referencing their daughter, who recently joined her parents on her first hunt as well.

The McBee family continues to share glimpses of life outdoors, and this latest achievement highlights the family traditions being passed down through generations — now with Blair as the newest member experiencing it firsthand.

With back-to-back family hunting memories making headlines among fans, one thing is certain: this hunting season is already one the McBees will never forget.
