He credited his brother Cole McBee for pushing him to get back out there after work on a Friday, along with a very special companion: his loyal dog, Kodiak.
“After a few practice runs with some does, we had it all figured out until this old brute decided to step out right at last light,” Jesse wrote. “We were able to figure it out after a bit, and I got my shot off while leaning back on one leg of my chair, telling Kodiak to sit, and stopping this guy before he walked out of range.”
