Known from The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys, Steven and his brothers manage the McBee Farm & Cattle Company, while also expanding into other ventures like their growing chain, McBee’s Coffee N Car Wash.
Recently, the youngest brother, Brayden McBee, appeared in a social media video from one of their car wash locations, showing the hands-on work required to keep operations running smoothly. Standing inside the wash tunnel, Brayden explained how the team had to repair a blower system to ensure cars are properly dried and the facility stays efficient.
Steven quickly jumped into the comments with a supportive message, praising his brother’s dedication. He later reinforced that sentiment on his Instagram Story, emphasizing the family’s work ethic: for the McBees, a “family business” truly means everyone is involved on the ground level.
Beyond day-to-day operations, Steven also shared a broader update on the company’s future during an episode of the More Than McBees podcast. With their father, Steven McBee Sr., currently serving a federal prison sentence, Steven Jr. explained how the situation has pushed the siblings to step into leadership roles.
According to him, the shift has ultimately strengthened the business. By the time their father returns, he believes the company will be in its best shape yet, crediting a more collaborative leadership style and each brother discovering their individual strengths.
At the same time, Steven is also entering a new phase creatively. He revealed that the More Than McBees podcast is getting a major refresh, with plans to expand beyond episode recaps into broader, more engaging discussions. The goal, he said, is to deliver fresh, dynamic content while focusing more on meaningful topics rather than just the family itself.
