David Landsman, the boyfriend of reality TV star Lindsie Chrisley, has been arrested in Georgia on assault charges. A newly released mugshot shows him with a bloody face, sending shockwaves through the public.
Arrest Details and the Shocking Mugshot
According to initial reports by TMZ and confirmed by Us Weekly, 52-year-old David Landsman was arrested on Friday, April 10. He was booked into jail at 4:29 a.m. on two charges: aggravated assault (a felony) and simple battery (a misdemeanor).
In the police booking photo, Landsman is seen wearing an orange jail uniform. The mugshot captures a striking scene with a small laceration above his left eyebrow and blood visibly streaming down his cheek.

Sources close to the situation told TMZ that, surprisingly, it was Landsman who initiated the call to the police. However, upon arriving at the scene, authorities discovered visible injuries on 36-year-old Lindsie Chrisley. This development directly led to the officers immediately placing Landsman in handcuffs.
The media has reached out to Lindsie Chrisley’s representatives for an official comment but has not yet received a response.
Lindsie Chrisley’s Cryptic Reaction
A day after the scandal, on Saturday (April 11), Lindsie Chrisley broke her silence with a heavy-hearted post on her Instagram Stories. Although she didn’t directly mention her boyfriend’s arrest, her status left many fans feeling heartbroken for her:
“I don’t recognize myself anymore. Not in my laughter, nor in my silence. Somewhere between existing and pretending, I have become a stranger to my own soul.”

A Tumultuous Romance and the Latest Rumors
This violent altercation occurred just weeks after the couple sparked rumors that they were heading down the aisle. Last month, Landsman posted a photo holding Lindsie’s hand, subtly showing off a large diamond ring on her left ring finger. He even publicly tagged her estranged biological father, Todd Chrisley, along with a direct question: “Can I have permission to marry your daughter?”

Lindsie and Landsman’s relationship, which reportedly began in 2024, has been described as quite “turbulent” with an on-again, off-again dynamic. In July of last year, the couple sparked speculation that they had secretly tied the knot when Lindsie unexpectedly changed her last name to “Landsman” on her Instagram bio and frequently shared photos of herself looking radiant in white dresses.
The incident is currently still under investigation by Georgia authorities.
