Reality TV personality Kim Zolciak has reportedly lost primary custody of her minor children once again following new allegations made by her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann.
According to court developments, a judge granted Biermann temporary primary custody after he filed an emergency motion citing concerns over Zolciak’s parenting. The decision means Zolciak will have limited parenting time, reportedly restricted to every other weekend, while both parties continue to share joint legal custody.
However, Biermann has been granted final decision-making authority on key matters involving the children, including education, non-emergency medical care, and religious upbringing.

Zolciak’s legal team has strongly denied these claims, calling the accusations “unwarranted” and lacking factual support. Her attorney stated that the matter will be addressed in court rather than through public statements.

The former couple, who married in 2011, have been in the midst of a contentious divorce since May 2023. Together, they share four children: sons Kroy Jr. and Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann also adopted Zolciak’s two daughters from a previous relationship.
