From Grayson Chrisley gaining over 31 pounds of muscle to Todd Chrisley’s “buff” physique post-prison, the reality TV family is buzzing with drastic changes in their appearance.
Grayson Chrisley: From Scrawny to Gym Stallion in 6 Months
In the latest episode of the Chrisley Confessions podcast, 19-year-old Grayson Chrisley stunned listeners by revealing his physical journey over the past six months. Once described by his father as “gaunt,” the youngest Chrisley son hit the gym hard to overhaul his frame.

Grayson shared that between November and December of last year, he weighed a mere 134 pounds. Today, he has reached 165 pounds. Notably, this wasn’t just typical weight gain; Todd Chrisley clarified to listeners that the 31-pound increase was “all muscle.” “It’s been such a joy to be in the gym working out with you. You look amazing,” the 57-year-old father proudly shared.

Todd Chrisley: A “Rock Hard” Physique After Recent Hardship
Grayson isn’t the only one with a new look. Todd Chrisley also shocked his children and fans with his physical condition following his time in prison. During his sentence from January 2023 to May 2025, rather than letting himself go, Todd focused on fitness.

After being pardoned by President Donald Trump and returning home, Savannah Chrisley—star of Growing Up Chrisley—was visibly amazed by her father’s new build. She admitted she wasn’t lying when she described his biceps as “rock hard” and his frame as “buff” after their time apart.
Savannah Chrisley’s Personal Weight Loss Journey
While her father and brother are celebrating their muscle gains, Savannah is pursuing a different goal on her own fitness journey. Speaking on her Unlocked podcast, she shared that her current weight is around 161 pounds (73kg) and her goal is to return to 134 pounds (61kg).

Savannah hasn’t shied away from discussing medical aids like GLP-1 medications to help reach her target. She stood firm on her personal views, stating that she wants to achieve a slim figure as long as it makes her feel confident and comfortable in her own skin, regardless of public opinion.
