According to a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on November 9, the “Scary Movie 5” star was furious and threatened his former assistant, Malissa Ishage, on November 6.
At first, things were just mild when Williams raised his hand to threaten Malissa Ishage, but then, it seemed that the incident was not over and became more serious when the comedian punched his former assistant and seriously injured her.
Unable to bear Williams’ brutality, Ishage wrote a lawsuit against Williams and filed it in Los Angeles Superior Court.
In the lawsuit, Ishage also emphasized that Williams had repeatedly threatened and assaulted her.
In the lawsuit, Ishage also asked Williams to pay $5 million in compensation for threatening and causing injury to others and would have to pay all hospital and medical expenses as well as litigation costs.
Currently, Katt Williams has not been arrested and he has not responded to this incident./.
