“The Big Bang Theory” and “The Flight Attendant” star, Kaley Cuoco, has exclusively shared her “happy place” for relaxing travel, and it’s not a luxurious tropical beach or a bustling city. Instead, it’s a tranquil spot in Upstate New York.
In a conversation with PEOPLE for her latest Priceline campaign, Cuoco disclosed that she and partner Tom Pelphrey own a home there, which she describes as “in the middle of nowhere” and “very magical.”
“It’s the first place I ever went when I met him, and it’s become a very special place for us,” Cuoco shared. While Pelphrey, a New Jersey native, always held a special place for New York, meeting him there made it even more meaningful for her.
Now, the couple looks forward to sharing this peaceful retreat with their nearly 2-year-old daughter, Matilda. Cuoco stated, “When she can sit in the car a little longer, we’ll take her up. That’s definitely my happy place.”
This revelation highlights a more down-to-earth and relatable side of the actress, showing that she finds peace and happiness in simple moments with her family, away from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood.
